Skid mounted natural gas compressor package installation includes unloading, leveling, tubing, electricals, earthing and performance test as per check list provided by end user. Some of the compressor package require grouting while others may be floating on vibration isolators. Once installed we undertake mandatory checking of equipment for stress in structure, alignment between prime mover and block, condition of tubing etc. Our team of instrumentation engineers runs the check on calibration of components such as flow meters, pressure and temperature transducers, PLCs etc. The compressor packages are flushed with respective fluids and primed whereever necessary prior to starting.
