Our in-house technical taining center ensures that every technician undergoes training on his respective area of operation once every six months. We also run train the trainer program wherein skill sets of the team leaders are upgraded periodically to ensure uniformity in technical and administrative compliance down to the machine operator.
Our end-to-end technical capabilities give us an edge over the compressor OEMs who are conversant with predominantly the compressor bare block which comprises a mere 25% of the complete package. On the contrary our management team down to the machine operators are well conversant with the entire package including compressor block, gas engine, electrical motors, instrumentation, electricals, tubing, acoustic canopies, air starting systems, fire fighting systems, metering and pressure reducing stations.
Our skills are complimented by our in-house infrastructure of zero hour rebuilding of compressor blocks, natural gas engines of Caterpiller, Cummins and Waukesha makes. We utilize sofisticated instruments such as video borescopes, vibration analysis tools, engine overhauling test beds along with tailored remote monitoring solutions to enhance safety and efficiency.
